About Us

One of the most difficult challenges in any competitive environment is to continue to improve on any past achievements, and to be ready for any new challenges that will emerge with a new season. Unfortunately, too many athletes see a new season as a complete new beginning, rather than to see this as a continuation of the achievement of the past. The approach to a new season may differ from one individual to another, but what is essential, is to set goals and milestones prior to any season. This will ensure that an athlete can stay focussed and be competitive right away.

We have put together an exciting programme that will strengthen the quality of performances at all levels. This will enable us to deliver the necessary standard of athlete to be competitive on a national and international basis.

To all athletes, coaches and administrators, good luck and we hope that that 2009 - 2010 will live up to the expectations of all of us.
